I certainly admire your enthusiasm KKW. You would have to be one of the most optimistic on this forum.
Without trying to dampen your enthusiasm too much, I will remind you that the majority of ICC cases that were constituted and had their terms of reference set more than 12 months ago are still unresolved.
As at 31 December 2017, the panel for FAR's case had not even been constituted. Regardless of what FAR have said, the above are statistics are facts.
