IMO 15c in 2018 Dr B and that estimate excludes a happy ending to the year in the Gambia and completely discounts PE. I too think Gambia is likely to come into the equation with +10c to the SP with a proven discovery of 800M barrels of oil in Samo.
Always risk. A T/O would be nice but I would not expect it until either Gambia runs are on the board or alternately at the 11th hour of PE process if WPL are impatient to move forward with a delayed project or if the legal eagles think FAR win is probable. Even then the take-over amount would have to make sense vs alternative investments of the same funds. They aren't going to over-pay. Fair price 30c I suggest in early 2019. I would be happy with that.
