Thank you for the effort, truly. As much as I want to believe that management deserve to be remunerated, I am still at a loss to understand why now, with our SP languishing. Not a joke, a serious question.

The facts are, we have a large discovery, we are derisking at each stage of drilling, we have a good working relationship with the Senagalese govt, we are under budget and we are promoted well by Malcy. So why, with all this good news, does our share price languish and go backwards? Not one person here can deny any of these items that I can see.

To me an incentive is for someone who has done an exceptional job for a company and whom has made the company more profitable. No doubt, FAR did well to raise the $60M in the current climate. But at the end of the day, not all shareholders are in a better position, be it the retail or the institutional. So why (and I know you can't answer this) does our share price not reflect what we all believe? And I do believe, just not as much as once before. Why does the market not recognise the value of this company and as such why should I vote yes to make CN and the like better off when I am not? I have been in the green one time with this company and that is the most recent 10 cent SP, but yet again, I am in the red.

So I ask this question with all seriousness, openly to anyone, to help me change my mind. If the current management of FAR cannot make my investment worth something, despite their reputation in the oil and gas industry, the quality of the find and the size, why should I care whether they leave and why should I vote yes to allow them options for shares that are well below my buy in price to reach a share price of a paltry 13.5 cents?
