Great post.
I am happy I voted NO, and would vote no again until I see a policy I think is fair and we start to get a stable share price.
Remuneration can be subjective, certainly they are a hard working board but this industry is cutting salaries and reducing staff at present.
This is a difficult industry to work in - you always have to work hard and long hours it's just part of the job.
I hope the board will have more to say at the AGM.
