For a start you obviously have no idea 90 wells maybe over the life of the field and that's unlikely and a gross exaggeration.
Initially JV partners will be do just enough to start the income stream and that may only involve as little as six wells plus a riser system and the FPSO on a hire and purchase agreement.
After that it is self financing with the surplus increasing the bank balance.
Aditional wells will be progressively completed as and when required and tied in to the existing infrastructure via sub sea flow lines and injectors and additional risers.
