my understanding is that they are flat out with the Gambian project at the moment...
as mentioned in the quarterly report... the submission of the evaluation report was a statement of commerciality.
The decision of Formal DOC is at Cairn’s discretion.
Cairn might resign as operator at the commencement of FEED in November. We could expect more detail by Cairn at their investor day on September 11.
