USD $350 million now sort, just for 13% of SNE development,then add on PE purchase price for 35% from WPL for at least another USD $600 million,plus development costs for the 35% extra,
and it quickly gets ridiculous and truly ain't gonna happen.
Imo,5c for a very good reason.
