maybe the market doesn't like uncertainty in LOM and its "partners" of which it has no control over especially the cash account. IMO does not matter what they dig up and find, the market does not like the fact LOM is spending so much time and money on a plot of land that is uncertain? where is the license, the gazette, access to $$ etc??
