It’s funny how AK now want what I have always wanted as a shareholder but yet when he was chairman never delivered. What is also concerning is that I heard Warwick’s name was put down as a potential non exec director at the beginning of this year sometime and AK himself rejected him. That was apparently with the advice of some major shareholders who ultimately wanted Warwick for the same reason AK is stating in his socials . Transparency and governance which AK apparently did not want. What’s changed?? A full 360 degree turn around! Pity cause I also rate Warwick and feel we would have been in a different position if AK had made some different decisions during his leadership period. I’m guessing the same reason he didn’t appoint Warwick may have been a catalyst for those shareholders decline in confidence and possibly influenced their votes that ultimately lost AK his position.
AK needs sit back and feel the pain and pleasure of being a shareholder to a public company. Welcome to the plebs AK . Get some popcorn and strap yourself in.
