If a T/O is a possibility it is yet another reason to do a proper "cut-through" campaign to significantly lift our exposure and awareness.
This is a proven strategy in other markets to lift the T/O price. Amongst other considerations, pricing will be higher for something commonly known than it would be for something relatively unknown!
