    Not only does it 'not help matters' it's a false narrative. The country is no longer being ruled by the dos Santos family, reform is squarely on the government's agenda, and business conditions are improving.

    Do you think the likes of Rio Tinto would be moving in, if the country was being run by 'thieving Angolans'? It's a nonsense.
