If you read the latest April report from Far East Capital it may give an indication as to what is happening.
Clearly PEN is a favoured stock with both fundamentals and future prospects are extremely positive. I would say PEN has finally obtained wider attention.
The Capex required for Wyoming ISL is very low and PEN has now been changed on FEC from "advanced explorer" to "potential producer". Cogema Mining has obtained approvals only just 100k's from the Lance project so you can bet your bottom dollar PEN will advance rapidly and soon.
With the huge volumes going through something is about to happen, of that I have no doubt now.
