    The problem is,
    The same Management never got over going from 90% of the lease to 12.8% for a 2 well 2 partner farmout,which also resulted in CNE then on selling 10% to COP for a Profit.
    COP, then exited shortly after with a USD 200 million profit.
    Hence the Far, "PE COP Dreams" share holder's and Mr Bell and Mr Potter are now having to deal with.
