I also always thought that there was a share price where it may be financial advantageous to existing shareholders to sell a direct equity stake in the project (ie. have dilution of equity in the project at the project level) rather than raise additional capital at the company level (ie have dilution of equity in the project at company level). Have FAR considered this possibility! If at the final end of arbitration they were to win PE rights they could increase their stake in the project at that point in time assuming they have a seller already line up.
