Looking at something else I noticed this was in the 21 Jul 2016 presentation and ASX relalse by FAR so this info over-riding the 31/10 deadline seems to have been released for a while although it was not entirely clear till the most recent qtrly that FAR were unable to proceed until government finished "arreting" the seismics final products and work program. Looks like the Senegal govt might be a common thread in the delays (PE, Djiffere)......and FAR sworn to silence.
