far fetched speculation

Due to the success at Fury I have also been reading the MHL board and there are some speculative remarks there...
MHL is holding some interesting grounds in Kyrgyzstan. And MHL could be taken over quite cheaply at current valuations. Could the "unnecessary" cap raising at VPE be for making extra funds available for a take-over of MHL??
(I would rather expect a bid for ITC, however?!)
Frankly speaking, personally I would very much prefer VPE to just get on with it and fully concentrate on the good grounds it already has in its fold!
The aforementioned is just plainly speculative ramblings only - I certainly hope no take-over(s) is/are being planned !
