Please don't split. Your contributions are too valuable. Several members have already posted such sentiment, and I want to echo their great appreciation of what you bring to the table.

I fully realize how much the negativity can wear one down. I haven't even been around all that long, and it's worn me down to the point where I've been "acting out" recently... and that's unhealthy.

For my part, I'm going to put away the sharp knives. I'm going to try to get back toward keeping on-topic with my postings, while at times interjecting a bit of levity, occasional (benign) sarcasm, and of course video/audio documentation of my more favored examples of Western "culture". But the sharp knives must be returned to the drawer, and perhaps others can put them away as well.

Again, I hold your participation as extremely valuable, as do so many other members. Please don't go off the grid... there would be a space on the forum that could not be filled.
