SH's of FLOW will be banking on the Senegal decree to come through.
This would have had to be the carrot for the Directors to agree and recommend all FLOW SH's to merger. This alone would double their value.
There has been no reason given why FAR would not get an extension to date.
The Ophir wild card is the more significant player in all the latest dealings. IMO Ophir and FAR will be a very interesting JVP in Africa.
