    Hi guys, I'm sure this has been said a million times, but once more for the dummies.... I was hoping you could help with two questions below pls:
    1. What is the latest date which shell can decided to drill?
    2. What's the potential downside? Ie if shell decide not to drill, potentially what would FARs sp drop to?
