Not wanting to go over and over these points, but, even if they didn't have a backer at that time, it really is nobody's business, it merely means that the PE will not be taken up. FAR's loss. That's a big IF and nobody knows for sure that's the case.

Let's say that was true and they have used the time available to organise a backer or funds , whatever, don't you think that was a acceptable and legal tactic and most of all, a brilliant one? A tactic that's far better than the one COP used to shut out FAR?
