yes, and it back fired probably, just not unsimilar to the way they handled the PE perhaps?
In any case, people in the industry talk and CN would know a lot of people. Don't forget FAR did go to a couple of award presentations? and Oh, our drill manager is ex COP. Wonder who he knows inside COP still. So why don't we rest the case.
