Sure, but this information (if true) simply clarifies events leading up to today. Management should be prepared to change decisions based on new information I totally agree. As a shareholder we own the company and some of us take some interest in management. I seem to recall some level of HC ridicule for those that previously suggested that FAR should have been aware of the sales process and that they probably did not have a backer in 2016 when the PE opportunity arose.
