IIs unlikely FAR's original legal advise was so wide of the mark and so we must be sitting here feeling that management where slightly (hahaha) optimistic with their original statement/timeline/costs.
My own view was we were clearly mislead but that was so so clear from the off so its not critical in the outcome as to be expected. However, it is a reflection of how the Compnay does things. And yes i did email and ask the question re the original advise/statement but not surprisingly no response..
