IMO,
FAR would only ask for a 3 year second renewl to give them time to actually look for a JVP.
If a JVP Announcement was imminent,why not stick with the original 2 year second renewl terms?
This 3 year application to me,spells it out loud and clear.
Far are a long way off yet!!!
Has no one ever heard of conditional agreements being announced,by keen JVPs in order to close the door on other interested parties.
Shell springs to mind as one.
GB is the only concrete thing holding the SP together at the moment.
