You can always bet that when the SP languishes like FAR, when all the reporting, press and stock analysts are in the positive that there is more risk and evolvement in the business than what is spoken about.
The fact is that the market is not stupid, sentiment or otherwise. Based on this story of far, Senegal is much tougher, FAR don't have that much influence in JV, or based on oil price oil could be produced much later than 2020. Could be many other things.
