People need to get a grip. It is a news article for god sake. The people writing these articles are not as invested in FAR as we are. To them its just another news article to fill a blank page. The fact that they said '5 out of 5 successful wells' means nothing. Chances are, they probably know bugger all about FAR and to me that shows in their article - stating things such as '5 successful wells' as 'DOC by Feb 2019'.
What they should have said is 4 successful wells and a 5th been drilled and DOC between now and Feb 2019 which is the cut off date.
ITS SIMPLE.
Get over it.
