There is of course the 'small' matter of FAR being completely incapable of funding any PE. They cant even cover their share of the USD300m upcoming drilling program at this point.... this matter will not have been missed by the Sen Govt imo. I agree with the realists who suggest this is nothing more than an ill advised 'hustle' to shoehorn a fee from COP. Good luck with that! DYOR
