It appears we wont know what the real objectives are until we are through this.
I understand that it is ugly and feathers are being ruffled.
If FAR dont get a PE clock re-set and WPL gain operator-ship it must be remembered that they will still be only a 35% partner and Cairn would have to be screwing FAR as well. Not sure if the Scotts look at vindictiveness over finances so we might find that would be in our favor.
Also we are close to getting access to various financing options and if WPL come out on top and the JV agree to fast track we might all be better off while the rig rates are in our favor.
