Litigant - I'll give you my thoughts as I am also in that. A debacle. A bugger's muddle. Not sure how it's relevant to FAR though - apart from illustrating the importance of competent partners. Cairn and Conoco actually know what they're doing which is more than I can say for the operator of that other mess.
