Auditors were originally concerned that FAR may not be a going concern . In other words they might have owed more than they would get from a sale. Now that a sale is taking place , I imagine that the Auditors will be happy when the sales proceeds are in the FAR bank account, so in theory , not long to wait now.
Could even happen sooner if the Auditors can see that there is a 100% percent chance of the sale going through.
