That was Jesse Livermore 's observation.
I just happen to agree with it.
Lots of folks hold onto losing stocks hoping they come back and lots of folks sell their winners.
Anyway the coiled spring has sprung and hopefully this is the breakout we have been hoping for.
Lets see what life is like at or near 20c
