If anyone asks, I'm sure WPL will say that they will pe. If they get the extra 9.34% (68.33% of 13.67%) for christmas, they'll then have 77.67% and in the process will get an effective reduction in buy cost per bbl in the order of around 12% across their total 77.67%.
