Im cynical that FAR can or will preempt because Cairn has had its share on the market for some time so FAR should have had a response to this very situations worked out months ago and yet they have done nothing even though most of the 30 day preemption period has passed.
They were always going to need a big brother financial backer to be able to preempt ... they will definitely IMHO not do a CR to preempt.
It it is a bit more interesting though at present but I am not getting my hopes up.
