I beg to disagree. First your interpretation of contract terms is...let’s say..,.not reliable. Second lawyers will argue that said terms were not put in place to allow one partner with cash in the bank to get cheap credit. Third if Woody n Petrosen consider that they’re out of pocket as a result of FARs actions, they can seek recourse in the courts of an appropriate jurisdiction. Me luds gonna love this. More litigation with perpetual loser FAR.
