Morgan Stanley lops 40% off its price target for oil explorer FAR and drops to an equal-weight call on the stock, partly due to uncertainty around the development schedule of the SNE oil field in Senegal. Also, financing for the project hasn't yet been secured, including the Senegalese government securing its share, while FAR remains involved in arbitration proceedings over the asset.
