The Thompson Bros Property has the bulk of the historic exploration. I think Ashburton Ventures and Quantum Resources did very well securing this ground.

Interestingly both areas were secured at the same time:

Zoro had a technical report from 2009 so this more mature information may have been a factor in FAR securing Zoro:

I also think there was a bit of a race on to secure ground from Strider Resources given close timing of Thompson Bros and Zoro agreements.

Ashburton/Nova certainly picked up the more valuable ground from a historic resource perspective (size @ 4.3mt versus 1.7mt on Zoro ). Grade also better on Thompson Bros ( 1.3% historic versus 0.94% on Zoro ). I do know that there was extensive and systematic historic exploration on Thompson Bros and Nova have certainly leveraged this in their exploration planning and exploration activity.
