Thanks Whitenouse I had indeed misinterpreted your earlier post.
Presumably though for WPL to get to 89% then we shareholders would have sold to them already and the blocker would be irrelevant to us as we'd be long gone.
So I guess the only thing we care about is what we get for our shares
34232 paints a pretty grim picture sadly.
