I don't believe it's that simple WN.
Far don't have the money to do that. To do that FAR has to be able to potently say we will take all of the 35% in the case CNE didn't want to take their share.
Correct me, but I believe it is all or nothing.
To do that FAR needs a knight ride into town. So is that a massive injection or T/O offer.
That is the only way to force WPL's hand.
Finding a knight to do that is not easy especially if the register is blocked by WPL as I suspect.
Else at best you bend over, announcing, "we welcome WPL as our 20% cornerstone shareholder", and become WPL's "bitch".
Please lay other scenarios.
