You keep the share price down, lower the 30 day moving average and then presto
Say your wonderful take over offer is 30% above the depressed 30 day mean.
Idiots sell and say thank god for such a wonderful exit, fund manager can justify why they sell.
And in the scheme of things the raider brought the target company much cheaper.
Again it been the THP that has resulted in FAR trading so low.
All I can say is no one on HC should sell.
