Basically if you Amerricanize the world with Coke, Macca's and US big brands we will all be friends..sorry if some people took it as serious...@Marum....you are right,with hindsight once Macca's and Coke goes in to an emerging market you can then invest in Pfizer once the need for diabetes,heart disease and obesity grows..Isnt Capitalism great!
