As a long term holder I can't see the point in investing a lot of thought or emotion into the SP pips up and down at this phase of the project. As Cath so rightly said the SP will look after itself until official DOC is announced.
DOC is the tipping point and unless your trading on the pips it doesn't really matter where the SP sits till that point. Yes the capper, the shorters and the manipulators are scrapping around for the crumbs right now so for them bottom feeders the SP fluctuations are important, but DOC will be the trigger point that everything will cascade out from for LTs if and when it's announced. It's all over bar the shouting IMHO. Don't stress the 10 or 20% fluctuations if your in this for the long haul. It's actually irelivant. You can't read anything into it. Once DOC is announced the SP will be effected by POO more than anything and that is lookang pretty stable and controlled now. So right now all you are seeing is a lot of white noise interference that will buffer the SP a few pips this way or that.
When the fat lady sings it's going to be a belter and that white noise is going to fade to naught.
