This has nothing to do with shorts or cappers or whatever other imaginary forces.
Everything that is already known is priced in.
This is probably 15 years away from first production.
There is huge operational and financial risk between now and first production (cost blowouts developing the field etc) not to mention sovereign risk (ok it is Senegal but that is still in West Africa).
Many, many more CR's between now and first oil.
The share price is not going anywhere for many many years.
The share price right now reflects fair market value given the time frame and risks. That will probably not change for another 8 to 10 years at least.
