Serious question: Is this going to use an FPSO set up (doubt it given the depth) or are they building CPU with well head platforms (imagine the cost for that in West Africa)? What existing infrastructure will that feed into and what will be the cost of the infrastructure? Is there any existing infrastructure for it to feed into?

These projects VERY RARELY run to schedule.... scores of projects by far larger companies than FAR have been delayed or shelved. It happens all the time and is part of life in the oil and gas industry.

Look at even the most recent projects in Australia...massive cost blowouts and years of delays...and that is here in Australia with everything you could possibly need and some of the worlds biggest companies at the helm.

Of course they say they plan to bring it online sooner but VERY OFTEN in this game what they say/plan/want and what actually ends up happening are completely different things.

Everyone knows the biggest risk is when the project will get done in reality and hence the share price.

Serious question: What existing infrastructure is in place in that part of Africa to realistically support a project of this size coming online within 6 years? No onshore bases, no engineering bases, no infrastructure, no skilled personnel..nothing.

6 years is completely unrealistic even by the wildest stretch of the imagination. Even in Australia that would be unrealistic....but out there in completely uncharted waters it is pure fantasy.

Sorry if you don't want to hear it but it is the reality.
