I totally agree with you there, that Peter C from WPL is being at best disingenuous in my view and I sure he like to take out FAR as well. The price from CNP is extremely cheap, maybe less that 75 cents in ground.
WPL will take over FAR if a bidder for FAR appears as he can not afford for this deal to go South.
Hopefully WPL and another big boy start a bidding war as oil fields this big are rare like hens teeth.
New RISC 2c must be near to 900 million and 3c is mega.
