This puts another meaning for PE even though this agreement is about new opportunities.
The JV imho didn't see this coming. At this point I'm inclined to say that FAR has backed itself out of the corner the JV put it in.
Now let's see the PE developments!!
I am sure I read somewhere that this Chinese company has very strong position in Africa already. Can someone put more colour to this if this is the case.
