There are two issues her (1) dilution via option conversion (2) both Vaquero wells have run into technical difficulties (shades of two failed wells at Clear Branch from several years ago). The earlier Eagle Prospect well also malfunctioned with stuck drill string on a horizontal deviantion. It costs lots of money to side track and frac. Cement seals leak water, fracing material gums up permeability, lost pipe, stuck string, etc. etc.. FAR spent a lot of money at Clear Branch with little result (but Clear Branch is still a decent target).No gurantee that a well will function as expected so stock price bail. Interesting stock but there is technical weakness here.
