Sell side volume is not "active" mostly. Of the 66m on offer 45m are at 14 cents or higher ... so way off the market price. These are not desparate sellers! Typical trading activity after a CR (fall to CR price or a little lower) in the absence of share price moving announcements.
The other thing is that people probably believe that at around 11 cents FAR is fully priced for the risks of FAN-1 commerciality and possible SEN-1 failure (2 stunning successes in a row would be unusual but not unheard of!). The downside on failure at SEN-1 is limited though .. probably 2-3 cents as there's nothing in the current share price for SEN-1 potential (in fact it may be lower due to the potential risk of SEN-1 failure than it would otherwise be). Upside on success however is substantial!
We are back to risk/reward considerations ahead of another wildcat and in the absence of other likely news.
