The reason the SP is at 12 cents?
I’ll have a crack at that one:
It was 3.5 cents not long ago but since then they have found oil in two Wildcats.
That’s given us a 250% increase.
Now the operators are analysing what they have found so far and still finishing off the drill program.
It is a tight hole and the final result has not been announced yet. Far from it!
The stock will not attract big investors until it is categorically proven to be commercial find. Which is why we are only at the 250% gain?
If and when they announce commerciality it lift a bit, perhaps to 20 cents.
Then they have to put down the appraisal wells which will take 12 months.
Once they have done that and we know how big the discovery the market will determine a true value for FAR.
I'd say somewhere between $1 and $4 if we are successful to very successful.
Main stream instos won’t risk their clients’ money on a un proven find. It needs more analysis and exploration wells to do that.
Also some will choose to invest elsewhere while we wait and that holds the price down.
Therefore we are at 12cents, which I bloody wonderful for those of us who got in under 5 cents.
