I have always thought there was more to the sale price of Cobalt, given the SEC investigation ongoing around the criminal investigation as to how Cobalt obtained their leases in Angola? I would say it is more a case of, here is a paltry offer. Give us back our lease and we won't show these emails to the SEC.

We must have other recent acquisitions that aren't clouded by corruption that we can reference?
