By Memory (Correct me if old timers disease has set in again) i'm sure somewhere it was stated that COP were wearing some of the cost of the drill on behalf of the JV so they didn't have to fulfill the Angola contract. Don't know if it was Cath or OOO or someone else saying after going to presentation or what??
